Mission: Keep 420 students in school through full-semester supplies and shared learning devices. Target beneficiaries: Families in Chau Phu communes with household income below provincial minimum. Field execution plan: - Map students by grade and split into 4 delivery clusters. - Bundle school kits with a signed inventory sheet per beneficiary. - Run weekend parent sessions on digital safety and homework support. Volunteer responsibilities: - Sort and label school kits by grade (2-hour warehouse shifts). - Support distribution desks and verify beneficiary handover signatures. - Photograph delivery evidence and upload after each shift. Check-out and evidence requirements: - Every kit handover must have beneficiary signature + campaign QR log. - Open incidents (missing item, size mismatch) must be closed within 24h.
