Field execution plan: - Deploy 6 hydration points from 5:00 to 12:00 daily. - Distribute cooling towels and oral rehydration packs. - Coordinate evening meal delivery for night shifts. Volunteer responsibilities: - Manage morning hydration counters and replenish supplies. - Track inventory by QR goods check-in and close each shift report. - Document high-risk cases and refer to partner clinic. Check-out and evidence requirements: - Each point must close with stock and attendance reconciliation. - Escalate medical red-flag cases to hotline within 15 minutes.
